The Caspar Kitchen started serving fine dining quality breakfasts from what’s now the Green Room in 2002. From the beginning Dalen Anderson built a loyal kitchen team around the idea of having fun while producing beautiful food: not pancakes and never rubber chicken, but always tasty, innovative, as close to farm-to-table (before that was a thing!) as possible.

 

“Even though the Caspar breakfasts started out as just another of many random fund raising ideas, it has been the one that has stood the test of time. More than that just a fund raiser, it has brought scores of people closer together. It is a joy to see people getting to know each other.
